The Fox RP3 air shock that came with the bike is in need of a factory rebuild as it leaking by the propedal and rebound knobs. I'm wondering if it's feasible to replace it with a coil shock. I think there is enough room for one. Has anyone else tried upgrading the rear shock on a Slayer? A drawing of the frame is attached
My alternate plan is to send the RP3 to PUSH and have them work their magic on it.
Thanks

Since 95% of coil shocks have reservoirs now, you most likely won't have any luck getting one in that space, unless you are willing to spend mucho $$$ on an avalanche with a remote reservoir.
