Swapped out the rear derailuer and shifters and took it for its first ride today. I didnt do much, just a few miles of multi-use trail. It was my first day on clipless pedals, and its kind of different. Im still trying to get used to getting out when I need to/want to. Here are some pics, I plan on doing more upgrades over the summer. My first impressions of the bike are positive. I am not sure I dig the presta valve thing and am still a bit leary on front braking as this is my first disc brake set up. The seat hurts my ass, but im going to gove it a few more rides before I decide if I want to switch it out. I just cant wait to get off of work tomorrow and ride again:)
