Over the past 4 years Monash Uni has had a team of students, graduates, staff and family and friends in Around the Bay which has grown from strength to strength. The focus is on being an inclusive community team raising money for the designated charity The Smith Family rather than a corporate.

So if your in one of the mentioned categories following the steps to register in any of the distances (50,100,210 or 250k) as a participant or volunteer of TeamMONASH™ automatically makes you eligible for a range of benefits.

Monash University participates in a number of these community events (Walking, running, swimming) to encourage a healthy and active lifestyle check out the other community events via the Monash web site.

Thanks, I had signed up as an individual so I just added the monash team name. I'm doing the 50km will there be many others from monash on this ride, or are you all doing the longer rides?

Dear lisitsa,

Don't worry you wont be on your own!, Currently there are quite a few signed from
TeamMONASH to do the 50km and I'd expect that number to rise significantly
as we get closer to the event.
