Ok, I'm not sure if I like night riding or night just waits for me to get somewhere where I don't know street names, let alone potholes... But I really need powerful headight.

At the LBS, they said that this Sigma Kalmit (http://www.sigmasport.de/us/produkte/beleuchtung/powerlights/kalmit/) is the best they have in stock, and it looks good (at least in well-lit store), although a bit on expensive side for me. But is it as good in practice? Are there better options? (simillary priced, DIY is an option.)
