I'm in Richmond, but I'm not familiar with that office park. I hope you get a good answer soon.

I hear that it is very popular with cyclist because it is really huge. I think 3500 acres. Alot of people do night riding there because it is so safe and well lit. At least thats what I hear.

I've ridden it a number of times. Not many cars, and street lights on part of it so you can ride at night pretty easily. Basically it's a huge office park that's a ghost town at times because they didn't have as many businesses move in there as they had hoped. What I don't like about it is that it's boring as heck. You just basically ride in a big oval most of the time. Alot of triathletes seem to train there.

Lots of Tri folks out there, very safe place to train. During the winter months, my team (Nature's Path) and others are out there late into the night. It's very safe (two lane), loads of parking all over the place. Loop is 6 miles. www.spinmafia.com

I work out in West Creek and usually take my bike. As per the above not to many businesses have opened there yet so traffic is almost nil. The Richmond Kickers are having a practice field built there so traffic may be on the climb...

Hope this helps.
