I'm 210 lb rider looking at an XL 06' Ghisallo with a small dent on the chainstay from chain suck. I'm wondering if anyone has experience riding a dented Ti frame or any thoughts on how safe this might be. I understand the frame is lightweight but I'm really not sure if this is going to be a factor. I dont mind the cosmetics as long as I can ride it without it bending the frame out of true. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

I wouldn't worry about it. That part (though on the inside) of the frame is normally laterally deformed to provide wheel clearance. The main load path issues seem to tension, vertical loads. Lateral loads are shared between the right and left sides of the bike. It would be a joaw dropper for me to see the stay deform like that, but I am not used to Ti bikes.
