Hi everyone,

I have a new bike and trying to remove the crankset with an allen key... if i turn clockwise, the bolt becomes loose but then tightens again... and if I turn counterclockwise, it does the same thing. and it's the same thing for both sides.

Someone please show me the light...

Keep going counter clockwise and it will come off in your hands. It will require some effort as it is a self removing crank. Roger
