Clydesdales/Athenas (200+ lb / 91+ kg) - $#!@&*+ Weather

Okay, last Sunday was my last real ride, then the bottom fell off the thermometer and we had a bunch of days where it was only a few degrees above freezing for a daily high:eek:. Yesterday it's wasn't cold, but man what a cold wind, and now it has decided it decided to rain until next Tuesday (the cold wind is still there).... Gee 11 miles for the first week of May, that's pathetic..... If it's warm and raining I don't really mind the rain, but when it's cold and windy and raining, then, nah forget it. I gotta work this week then I am off for 2 weeks, and the long term forecast of the first week, out of 7 days, 4 days of rain. Come on, I just wanna ride my bike:cry:

79, I'll assume that is Fahrenheit, lets see Monday was about 35, yesterday was about 50, but the wind was closer to 25, today about the same, should get into the 60's during the week, and then get cold and rain for the weekend again.:cry::mad::cry:

I don't like riding in the cold either, but I took a job that puts me only blocks away from work, so I made a commitment to only ride my bicycle to work. 28 degrees(F) and a little rain coming down. I was expecting snow, but it was a drizzle. Felt like middle of January and a blizzard.

I can't wait for 70's.

I moved south 37 years ago and never missed the Cold Stuff.
86* today. 211 miles this week.

I hear you. I'm south of you here in Rochester Ny, and it hasn't been a picnic here either. Next week looks promising though, at least around here.
