Anyone know which, if any, US race organizations "adopted" the UCI TT rules?

ACA, USCF (NRC only?), OBRA?

according to USCF, NRC and any elite selecting events are UCI. In addition, any USCF race can enforce them provided they give a minimum two months notice to the racers, and they provide appropriate testing devices/officials for the event. Don't know about the others.
