31. Jersey says "Brownbear" which I think is mostly a MTB team ... but from where??
Well, PCW is now Gear Grinders (listed above), and Brones' kit from last year was green / white. Researching that shows that "MRS" #34 is River Valley Cycling Club, Brone's.
Good guess though!

Well, PCW isn't on the WCA list of active clubs, but you are correct ... that IS last year's PCW kit + you are also right, that is another (different) MRB kit!
