Finally got the Fat Bob. Nice handling bike and pretty comfy, too. Looking forward to many miles.

THAT looks like a nice comfortable riding bike, very nice. Specs look nice on it too - two headlights are cool. I'm a harley kinda gurl (had a sportster in the late 80's/early 90's). Just make sure you pay attention to those other two wheel vehicles too! ;)

I was actually speaking of the big red truck behind the bike....and just kidding.

The bike ought to get about the same as a Prius...the motor displacement is about the same (96cu = 1600cc, Prius = 1500cc)...though I'm sure it's a lot more fun.

That's cool skiah. I wanted to get a Harley to use as my commuter during good weather but my wife said I'd probably be teased by "real" Harley folks. :)

Nice bike.

Prius - 52 mpg on regular gas.

Fat Bob - Mid grade or high test. ~50 mpg. It will drop when you change the exhaust

The "big" red truck isn't mine... mine's actually bigger, though gets better mileage (diesel).

As for the vegan thing, given the yards of leather I wrap myself in when I ride, "vegan" is barely a word in my vocabulary! And, as you might be able to tell, I'm completely unrepentant about it, too.
