I have never heard of a trek s-works bike, only specialized makes the S-WORKS.

Hell shoot me in the head, I am looking for a new bike on ebay and have looked at dozens. I made a mistake....Now that you have proved your prowess of correcting my mistake, will you tell me something about the Specialized S Works Moutain bike? Thank you for showing me the error of my ways. Now what about some positive input?

You know nightwind, if you get used it will probably be a few years old, and then the Technology will be behind, so it may serve you just as well to get a new bike. I know the 2002 Giants are really cool looking. And Giant has great deals for their bikes.
