Let's see 'em Boys! Here is mine.
This is a 47cm 1988 model year Sirrus. Largely original except for the Brooks swift (came with a Selle Italia Mondalita?), cartridge bottom bracket, and the elimination of the original Biopace chainrings with a campy 52 and 44 round rings, Shimano A520 SPD pedals (came with Shimano 105 toe clips), and the replacement of the Strong seatpost (Wasn't so strong in the face of 200lbs and twenty years) with a Shimano Ultegra. When new it wore Specialized Turbo/S gumwalls now it's in Serfas blackwalls. I'm the original owner.

Alrighty then. Here's a quite lovely Allez that rides as well as any bike I've ever owned. As a matter of fact, it was my favorite ride for a 62 mile RT commute I was doing for a good bit of last year and, just so you know, I've owned over 60 road bikes in my life, from the lowly Raleigh's, to the Columbine, Paramounts, Kellogg Spectrum's, a couple of Serotta's, and on...

Beautifull bikes!!
My 1989 Sirrus. The only thing really still stock about it is the brakes, derailleurs, front rim, and downtube shifters, although the shifters are now Ultegra. Other pieces have been upgraded or replaced as they wore out: Ultegra bottom bracket, headset, round chainrings, new nine speed cassette, 3T bars and stem, Cane Creek brake levers.
As it came:

as it's now set up, for bad weather/winter bike duty

funny how all three of these bikes seem to have a worn spot in the paint in exactly the same spot on the downtube.
Awesome stuff! I am working on a 1986 Allez SE/SIS that I picked up for $90 for a friend. I'll post it once it's done.
