Great question! You see guys in the video who are either pumping each bump, airing over the bump, or doing that really cool wheelie thing and shoving the rear wheel forward with an extension of the legs. Some guys even do that wheelie thing while pedalling. I guess the way to go is the fastest way. but which way is that?

The wheelie thing while pedalling is a wheelie. The wheelie thing while not pedalling is a manual. I like pumping the rollers, it feels neat!
