If your bodybuilding also eat 1g per lb of your weight. So if you weigh 185 take in 185 grams of protein a day. I try to take in 33% protein each day.

The answer is SO dependent on your goals(and the rest of your diet).

1 gram per lb of LEAN bodyweight for me. No point in feeding my fat stores. :) I think if most people get near 150 grams they are doing fine.
