Please excuse my stupidity. I am a newbie here, and have posted a couple times in one forum, but...

Is there someplace here where I can find out, in general, how Bike Forums works? For example, what is this premium membership, and how does one attain it? What constitutes various member levels? (For example, at what number of posts am I no longer a "newbie"?) Etc., etc.

The FAQ didn't help me much with this. It told me generally how the forum software works, and that I should behave nicely, but it didn't tell me many of those administrative specifics of this particular board.
