Fresh out of the shop for photos of the new left brake lever. Still short a hood (and for that matter, the lever) for the right.

Getting closer and closer to that red Velox tape :D

Kurt,

It's just too sunny there in FL! With all that glare I can't see a thing. ;)

Your Paramount looks good enough to eat. Possibly Iron Man will have it for dessert! :p

Tell me about it - too much lighting or lack of it are my #2 and #1 pet peeves of bicycle photography. Maybe I'll see of Ray Dobbins can lend me an hour's use of his photo studio when I have it done ;)

Sorry - the steel is crunchy, the paint is leaded, and the tires rubbery. Not such a good meal

Kurt, those Prugnat lugs are really growing on me. Beautiful bike!

I like the Prugnat lugs best on the chrome Paramounts.

Count me in on the Prugnats - how ironic I just got my Prugnat-lugged '68 put together this past weekend. Like yours, mine is awaiting red bar tape. I hemmed and hawed about whether to go with red, because it's such a cliche, but darn it, it's my bike and I'm the one who'll spend the most time looking at it. I sold a pair of those levers at the Westminster swap, or I'd gladly have sent you one gratis.
(No such thing as too many chrome Paramount pics ... )
