There's a person named Charles King who posted on the NY Cycle Club message board. He's the only owner, it has a Reynolds 531 tubeset, Nuovo Record derailers, Weinmann centerpulls, tubular rims/tires, Brooks Pro saddle, TA cranks, and everything is original, he says, except the seatpost. He hasn't ridden it in years, and wants to give it a good home.
Here's a URL to the thread; the most recent posting by him at the bottom includes an email icon that you can use to communicate with him directly.

(http://www.nycc.org/mb/thread.aspx?b=1&t=11815&tp=1&c=%2821%29) Don't mind most of the replies -- most everyone who had some opinion would know (much less appreciate) a vintage bike if it bit them in the chamois.
If someone would like to work out a deal with him before he eBays the bike, I would be willing to view and report, photograph, and if the deal goes through, pickup, and ship.
