Whats best to use to clean out the crank and freewheel areas... PB blaster or break parts cleaner??? Or something like simple green... my bike is making some creeking noises coming from the either the chain, freewheel, or crank... i want to clean it out really good and see if it helps. Is there any definite "do nots" also to relube can you just use simple car bearing grease??

Sealed bearings.
Is there anyway to quite it up a little
DO NOT use Wd-40 around sealed bearings or they'll be junked. Sound like you need to pull off the cranks and put them back on. You might have heard of "profile wobble," sound kinda like what you got. I had it once and I just took the cranks off and put them back on. As for grease, you just need standard bearing grease, nothing special. Check danscomp.com for some. If it's your freewheel, then take it off (if you have the tool) and spray it with WD-40 in the grooves, or take it to your LBS to get cleaned out or replaced.
Most likely a stretched chain if the creaking comes under load.
You can use lithium grease which you can get at a hardware store for real cheap. Bearings really aren't picky about grease.
Agree w/ the WD-40 keep that sh** away from your bike.
PB Blaster is amazing. It always works. The stuff from stickers comes right off when you spray it and wipe it off, too. But just take a paper towel and wipe off the BB, regrease it, and put it back together.

Yes it is just was making sure its safe... i use it on everything
WD-40 is great for grips.
"why not air compressor"
cause this is more sticky!
Keep it away from everything else.
