Just picked up a dirt harry lever and a cable... went to work making a break setup out of some old tektro U brakes... But the one side is constantly dragging... any ideas??? i stop on a dime though

it is a bit awkward. but... im sure thats not causing the hang up.. the one side is jut rubbing
You should have a trianglular piece coming from your main cable to the one that links your brakes. Make sure it's centered so to speak. If that's not the problem, then add or remove washes from the brake pads on either side to get it right.
