I admit it. I've never been in a forum or chat room and have no clue how to get around.
I've got a couple things I'm interested in ....... any help/advice on exercise, equipment modifications for my bike- neck/shoulder problems = migraines, traditional biking posture is impossible anymore....
2) I have 2 bikes I'd like to find homes for....one is from the 1970's Schwinn Le Tour III--I haven't ridden it in 20 years, but it's moved with me at least 10 times and I hope to move in the next year.
