Having my current bike converted to a modern internal hub 3 speed city bike. I want to put a small front basket on it to help with the utility. I really like the Fenix light set up and was wondering how one could best set up the lighting in this case to avoid issues with basket. Basically just getting the light over the basket and what ever is in it.
I was thinking of a spacebar angled to put the lights a little higher. Hopefully this makes sense.

I'm spatially impaired. A picture would be of great help to me.

(Not mine but close to what I want to do)
Basically, in thinking through how I want my bike set up, I feel there will be an issue mounting the lights on just the handle bar with a front basket. Getting the angle right to light far enough ahead without blinding oncoming traffic and so forth. I am thinking of using a spacebar to position the lights several inches higher than the bars and angling the beams down. Didn't know if anyone does this or if it is possible.

Minoura makes a headlight mount called the "Down Grip" that will attach to a basket.
get a lockblock and mount it on side of basket, angled to center.

Minoura's Space Grips usually will work.
