Does anyone know how to find a 29er with rack bosses front and back. I'm looking for a hard tail with a fixed front fork. i can't find one.

I'd think most custom builders would be able to make something like that for you. I've been thinking about getting a bike from http://www.waltworks.com/dev/index.php for a while. He lists pannier/rack mounts as available.
