Routes close by as we will be staying there for 9 nights and plan on a few 25 plus mile rides.

I would recommend the West Orange Trail, from the County Line station to the Clarcona Horseman's park--30 miles total, 15 each way:

Winter Garden is a nice little town to stop for lunch or dinner if you wish. The trail to the horse park is beautiful; it gets into some congested urban areas in the north end, so I don't go past the horse park.

You might try the Van fleet trail, too. Bring your own lunch there; it's 30 miles of woods-each way.

If you decide to venture over to Cocoa Beach (my town), you can stop off in Cocoa and ride Indian River Dr./Rockledge Dr. They run about 20 miles total along the coast of the Indian River--10 miles north and 10 south of downtown Cocoa-best ride in east Fl. There are several good restaurants in downtown Cocoa-El Charro for Mexican, very good and reasonable; Black Tulip if you want high class and don't mind paying for it. enjoy.
