I'm on the east side of Atl. Do you get out to St. Mt. much? How about the Silver Comet Trail? I am really trying to maintain my level of fitness this winter. Typically I take off Dec. through the end of Feb. Any suggestions?

I'm planning on riding through the winter, I haven't been out to Stone Mtn to ride much, but do make it to the Silver Comet every once in a while. Most of the time I hit an organized ride or just ride out of my neighborhood. Where are you located, you said east side, are you towards Stone Mtn?

I live in the East Atlanta neighborhood in the City of Atlanta. I commute downtown by bicycle, and most of my recreational cycling takes me to the south and east (I have a five county ride I do which takes me around the South River at various points, and includes parts of Dekalb, Rockdale,Henry, Clayton and Fulton counties).

Welcome (again) to BF.
I'm still looking for the blue Serotta but not at 5:30am. I don't get up until 6am.
Watch out for the rain/sleet/snow that's headed our way. :eek:
