After running for the last couple of days..ive been noticing that ive been getting bad shin cramps when i run.

Ive never had them before. I ran all summer and started up again couple of weeks ago. I strech before and after running and it doesnt help. It just hurts again when i run. What i did notice today was that im not landing my feet right. Someone told me im supposed to land heel first, but im landing flat on my feet. I cant seem to change the way i land my feet. I also do have flat feet but i never got shin cramps on the treadmill before.

Its really starting to piss me off...today i just ran until they were just too sore to stand on because i was just sooo fustrated with my legs dying too soon.

I don't know much about shin cramps, but I do know that I am prone to shin splints if I run on hard surfaces like concrete sidewalks. Basically it's an overuse injury that, I think, involves swelling in the tissue that surrounds the tibia. You can do a Google search and probably find better info than this. If it is shin splints the only thing that really helps is me is rest and running on hard packed dirt/gravel paths instead of sidewalks, etc.

how long have you had your shoes for? worn out shoes, imho, is the cause 90% of running injuries. it is fine that you land flat, that is your individual running gait. I wouldn't try and change it, you will just end up hurting yourself. on your next pair of shoes, get something with a lot a of cushion, and not a lot of motion control, because you are an underpronator.

Also, you could be overtraining. you have the cardio from running all summer, but you have given it a break for a while, which is enough time for your shin muscles to get used to not running. when you start back up again at your old level, you then get sore shins. try backing off a bit and then increaseing the milage bit by bit, that might help.
