After running for the last couple of days..ive been noticing that ive been getting bad shin cramps when i run.
Ive never had them before. I ran all summer and started up again couple of weeks ago. I strech before and after running and it doesnt help. It just hurts again when i run. What i did notice today was that im not landing my feet right. Someone told me im supposed to land heel first, but im landing flat on my feet. I cant seem to change the way i land my feet. I also do have flat feet but i never got shin cramps on the treadmill before.
Its really starting to piss me off...today i just ran until they were just too sore to stand on because i was just sooo fustrated with my legs dying too soon.
