I stopped at a thrift store today and found a 1983 Trek 500 double. It's in original shape and I'm probably going to buy it to make a fixed gear...but it has Matrix Strada rims. I didn't spend a lot of time looking, so I didn't tip off the girl working there (they let me into the basement to look for bikes), but I didn't notice if it was 700C or 27" rims.

Does anyone have strada rims and if so, what are they?

1983 Trek 500 came with 27 inch alloy rims. Not
sure if they were Matrix rims or not, catalogue doesn't
specify.

I have an 84 Trek 510 with Matrix Strada rims... they're 27" alloy.
