64+cm top tube frames??

I'm looking for a frameset that has a long top tube. The best fitting frame I have is an old Raleigh with a 68cm seat tube and a 62cm top tube. I ride it with a 130mm stem and it is still a bit short. Does anyone know of a stock frame with a top tube of 64cm or grater. The only thing I've found is a Rivendell, and I just can't swing the price. Thanks,

I'll be stopping by my LBS today. They have a used custom job in right now that's pretty good sized. I'll get the measurements and get back with you.
