Anyone riding? Has any one pre-rode the course? I'm thinking about going tommorrow & bashing with the 5's for the first time.

I would have if finding information on this race ahead of time wasn't akin to a needle in a haystack.

+1, no buzz whatsoever about this race in MABRA land, which isnt all that far away.
Promoter - ya missed the mark on this one!
I was planning on going but I've decided to back out. It's the first WV race of the year but I am going to save the gas money and the entry fee and use it towards a trip to Myrtle Beach with the wife next week instead. I've got a few things I need to do around the house to get ready for the trip anyway so it's probably best if I skip it.

Keep in mind that those 5's are strong. Most of the fives at that race are expert class mountain bike racers that only do one or two road races a year. They are pretty fast. Not only that they are having the 4's and 5's race together. It should be a pretty fun race.

LowCel, you need to straighten up your priorities.

Yeah, that's us. We think the MTB race will be a bit too muddy, but tomorrow looks decent. We heard that the last 17 miles are very rough pavement / chip & seal. Can anyone confirm/deny?
The mtb course is awesome there though, one of my favorites. I won the sport class race there last year. :D

Lack of mabra buzz probably due it being a new race and a long way off.
Ryan and the WVU crowd put on good races. I recommend them.
(You should have seen the conference champs course they had!)
