Sheesh.
Seems like I got hit with 2 stones at once.
1. On my left leg, on the back of the knee joint ( all the way in the back, hamstring tendon area) I have pain if I bend down all the way into a full squat position.
2. On my right leg, I have pain the patellar tendon area, but the knee cap is still in the correct position so I know I do not have a tear. It only hurts when I squat down all the way as in #1. (I work with computers so I have to get up under desks once in a while and that is how I noticed the pains).
What's the deal? Are there any supplements that could help with tendons? Do I just have some type of tendinitis or possibly arthritis ?
Both paints just came up from one day to the next. 2 weeks ago I did a 1 hour hill-repeat road bike ride by myself.... maybe the higher efforts may have caused this but I'm not sure.
On Wednesday I used an ultrasound machine on the #1 problem and it seems to have helped a bit. Nothing has been attempted on the right knee.
