Touring - Atlantic Coast/NovaScotia (seeking ride partners)

Bikeforums.net is a forum about nothing but bikes. Our community can help you find information about hard-to-find and localized information like bicycle tours, specialties like where in your area to have your recumbent bike serviced, or what are the best bicycle tires and seats for the activities you use your bike for.

We are just beginning to plan a ride for 2004 from South Carolina to Maine and then take the ferry over to Nova Scotia. Ride distance is about 2700 miles. At this writing (December 3, 2003) there are three of us. Our ages are 57, 57, and 43 years. Average daily route distance is about 70-85 miles for us. We are traveling self-contained. Time table: May/June through into September. You may reach me at summercycling@yahoo.com and I will gladly share more ride information. The more, the merrier.
Respectively,

I toured Nova Scotia this past summer, in part to visit my Uncle who lives there, that I have never been able to visit. I know that he would love to have some touring cyclist stop by for coffee or camp in the yard. He knows everyone and everything about Nova Scotia and is a joy to visit. If you are interested let me know. Greg
