Working out can be fun. I did 75 minutes of riding and then did a 2 + miles run and now taking the wife out for a Mother's Day Dinner while the children are shopping for a gift they want to get her.

I hauled my 300lbs through 52 miles of the Texas Hill Country. Nearly 4 hours in the saddle will wear out anyone, and I was no exception. It wore out my bike too. My Big Sur was creaking for forgiveness near the end. I need to get a new ride.
