I decided I'll ride the 2008 Prouty, my first ride for a purpose. I am 5' 8" and 240. I did my first 22 mile ride the other day on my 4300 and am concerned about how to train. I have 2 mos.

I'll be using my 7.5FX for the 25 mi. ride, I know I can do that one. Climbing is my downfall and the 4300 certainly beats me up the most on the hills. Question is: Should I crosstrain using both bikes or just use the FX that I'll use on the ride?
