I have been calling a few shops looking for campy wheelsets. Everyone can order them, but nothing in stock. I wouldn't mind ordering via mail order but just prefer going in picking something up.

I am in the IE but don't mind driving to a shop that has some good options..

I am looking for some Ventos or Khamsins.. I like the G3 wheels and need something to train on..

I think bicycle Johns has some in stock. Incycle too in pasadena I believe has some. Call first though cause I'm not sure.

skip the ventos and khamsin's, G3 lacing is great in the rear, but stupid in the front. if you can't go to at least the zondas in the campy range, look at some fulcrum 7's or 5's.

I already have Campy eurus wheels.. I just need something with a few more spokes that can take some abuse for training rides.. I haven't had any issues with the g3 spoke pattern on the eurus wheels..

I was also considering the Fulcrum 7's as an option..

Well I know bicycle Johns has some (the vento's I think), and Incycle should but I haven't seen them.

I really like Veloworx in Venice. Great people, very old school bike shop. They carry alot of high end and boutique stuff, and may carry the wheels you're interested in.

They've got a set of the new limited edition "red letter" Campy levers with the stiffer springs, for instance- I don't know anyone else who does in this area.

my main wheelset are Zondas, i'm a huge campy wheel fan- and campy fan in general, but for the life of me i can't understand why they would use the G3 pattern up front, except for marketing to otherwise unknowing consumers.
i've had fulcrum 7's and evo 5's and they were both very good wheels for the price.

Incycle is closer to you and I'm pretty sure they have Campy wheels. I'm positive Bicycle John's in Burbank has them because I was there today and saw a bunch of choices hanging from the walls.
