I need to replace the 9 speed cassette on my '06 Jamis Coda Sport. It came with a SRAM PowerGlide 950 9-speed cassette 11-32. (11-12-14-16-18-21-24-28-32). Up front it has a TruVativ Touro 52/42/30 triple and it's equipped with Shimano ST-R440 trigger shifters.

I was looking on Nashbar and there is a Nashbar 9 Speed Cassette (http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?sku=13458) for $17.99 (11x34) or an Sram Pg-970 (http://www.nashbar.com/profile.cfm?sku=11025) 9sp Atb Cassette for $34.99 (11x32 or 11x34). This is for my longer distance commuter that I also take on the occasional weekend fun ride.

Any recommendations on which one to choose?

All of the above will do. Just put a new chain on it too.

personally I prefer Sram. I do not like off brand stuff. Replace the chain also. The chain and cassette/freewheel wear together and will tend toskip until the wear in if ever.
