I've ridden 250 miles so far since my tune=up and for the last 30-40 miles I've noticed that the front Chainrings aren't switching as quickly. What I mean is that instead the chain switching on the 1-2-3 position of the left hand shifter its more like 1.75-2.75-3.5 position. If I shift it to the 2 position it gives a metallic clicking sound until I shift it to 2.75.

Does this mean that my front deraileur needs to be adjusted using the barrel adjuster?

Assuming the cables were replaced at time of the tune-up, the cables have probably stretched, a very common incident. You should be able to correct it with the adjusters.

You need to make an adjustment adjustment when you ride your bike.

Your shifter is analog. You're used to thinking digitally.
