Looks like some sort of custom offset bracket that screws into the canti/linear brake stud braze-on on the rear triangle. I recommend writing to Bike Friday or Rohloff USA. This does not look like an off-the-shelf part.

The other place to get unique parts is the Harris Cyclery. They are a Rohloff distributer too.

Hi
this small parts is on the rear fork(I don t know how do you call it) not on the brake
What you are looking for is Rohloff part #8260 Cable Guide [0 deg] w/clamp...and should be available from any Rohloff dealer like Speedgoat Bikes (http://www.speedgoat.com/).

For the record - it's clamped to the left "seat stay".

There are two parts there. The clamp which goes around the seatstay was made by Bike Friday, the other part is from Rohloff. The Rohloff part should have come with the hub and is designed to mount to a cantilever stud. It looks like Bike Friday basically made a clamp on cantilever stud to hold it.

Yes one part is from rohloff but the other must be from bike friday (is not like vik say from rohloff,I already asked them) Here some more pictures http://img369.imageshack.us/img369/7419/001vp4.th.jpg (http://img369.imageshack.us/my.php?image=001vp4.jpg) http://img411.imageshack.us/img411/8666/002hm7.th.jpg (http://img411.imageshack.us/my.php?image=002hm7.jpg) http://img229.imageshack.us/img229/3384/003hi9.th.jpg (http://img229.imageshack.us/my.php?image=003hi9.jpg) http://img177.imageshack.us/img177/2024/004mr9.th.jpg (http://img177.imageshack.us/my.php?image=004mr9.jpg)

The part I posted [#8260] is a Rohloff part that will replace both those parts in your original photos and clamp to your seat stay. The clamp that comes with this guide is not the same as in your photo, but it will do the same thing.
If you just want the Rohloff part shown in your original pics you'll need part #8259 "cable guide [13 degree]" - note this guide doesn't come with a clamp so you'll need to source one from BF or somewhere else.
