Can anyone identify what type of tubing ressembles to the one used on this Vanilla "speedvagen"? This is of their website: " We worked directly with our tubing manufacturers to deliver a proprietary Vanilla SSL tubeset. We're introducing an integrated braking system for less flex, improved braking POWER and considerable weight savings.".

I ask because I'm currently doing some research to possibly get a single-speed frame built buy a local builder and would like to use the speedvagen as a kind of template. Particularly interested in the curved seat stays.

They probably make those themselves by bending some stock straight seatstays in-house.

S bend stays are available in the market place (Columbus Zona for example http://ceeway.com/ZONA.htm) . Check the usual places and I'm sure you can find something.
