About a year and a half ago I started riding a bike. The result have been great. The one thing I have not been able to do is finish up. I still have a "front porch", or in other words, the belly is staying with me. I am in pretty good shape, even though I still weigh about 235 pounds.
I rode two metric centuries last weekend which included a fair amount of climbing. No problems, just a little tired. So, why can I not lose the other 25 pounds?
Has anyone else had this problem and then solved it? What did it take?

Yep, Its simple, Quit feeding the stomach. It will go away.
I had the same problem. 3400 miles this year and a 20 lb weight loss, all in the stomach area.
Eat very small meals. Rode 385 miles last week. 101 miles Saturday.
