I inherited a Vision R4? SWB USS from my brother in law. I tore it apart to rebuild & repaint & didn't pay close enough attention to how the seat fabric attaches to the seat frame. I've spent quite a bit of time fiddling with it & can't figure it out.
There are about 6 2" wide Velcro straps that go left to right across the frame. About 2 under my butt & 4 across the back. In the front there is a 3/4" or so wide strap about 6" long with a buckle. In the front of the seat frame is a 3" long piece of tubing like a saddle horn. What is not clear to me is how this narrow strap is intended to attach to the frame. The saddle horn tube seems to serve only to cause a very unpleasent injury should I be thrown forward in the seat.
Is there any trick to how the seat fabric attaches to the frame?
Thanks - John in Colorado.
