I'm free!!!!

Saw the knee surgeon this morning and he said I'm free to get back out on the road :beer: He said I don't need to come back until October when he'll do the shoulder surgery (http://www.bikeforums.net/showpost.php?p=6516771&postcount=17).
So if you see some overweight :( gray haired guy riding kinda slow, it'll probably be me.
Gotta get moving so I can get ready for the mid and end of summer metrics and centuries.

Did 17 slow miles this morning then worked 1/2 day at the bike shop. Now I'm tired. :o

That great news. I had that same feeling last year after mine surgery. I over did the second month. Bad, bad mistake.
