I'm looking to build a non-recumbent tricycle. I have no welding skills and no access to the proper tools. Are there any organizations that offer classes and/or access to welding tools?

In my area the community college offers classes in welding and brazing. The repair manual company, Haynes, has a decent introductory book on the basics of welding. Your public library would be another source for information.
