Daughter wants to start racing

My 11 year old daughter wants to start riding the local BMX track and maybe start racing. We started to look for bikes and since I don't want to spend too much incase, she hates it. I thought about trying to loan her bike for her, but she needs a new bike to ride around the neighborhood anyway. Looking for something around $250, even looked at used but there wasn't much in our area, and found a couple that will work. We narrowed it down to Free Agent Eluder or Haro SR BLU, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend one over the other or is there another bike we should look at. I thought about DK, but there are no real dealers in the area and would need to mail order it. Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Haro SR over the FA, but how big is she?

She's almost 5 feet and I was leaning towards the FA because it's smaller. She rode it and said it felt good, she hasn't had the chance to ride the Haro.

You could actually look into an expert for her, since she's kind of small. Once again, you could look into the Haros or you could go for the FA if you want, it seems pretty good. The downside of the SR Expert is that it's almost $400.
