Second race of the season (1st win ever), and a crit, no less (pictured myself as a RR guy). It was very windy.

The power file shows where I broke away, just past the halfway point. At around 35 minutes, I waited for a rider who was bridging, but ended up having to drop him after a lap or two. :rolleyes:

AP for the ~20 minutes I was away, including waiting for the other rider, was right at my FTP :-)

Depends on the rider's weight. Might be a mediocre 3.5 W/Kg for some. Would be an "I can only dream" 5 W/Kg for me. ::sigh::

It was a 35+ race. Here in Canada, we have Master 1,2,3 ability based categories. I'm starting out as a Master 2. FTP is closing in on 4.7 w/kg :)
