I'm thinking of building a set of wheels using these hubs. Does anyone know the dimensions of them so I can buy the proper spokes? I can't seem to find this information anywhere.

AFAIK, all Shimano road hubs from Tiagra through Dura Ace have the same flange dimensions. You can use the data from a 105, Ultegra or Dura Ace hubs to calculate the spoke length.
