Hi All
My wife works in the local ER and rides on a Synergy Cycles electric bike ( Mountain bike) to work, She really likes it as it helps on the hills before work and gives her some speed if needed coming home in the middle of the night

The bike has a broken battery housing and I am trying to buy a replacement, I have rung Synergy over and over and emailed them, I am not getting any help from them,
Just wondering if anyone knew where else if possible I could get one from or something similar
