I'm an over 40 dude who rides a trainer 5 days a week in the morning to start my day. I was wondering if there are any other indoor spinners who train to loud music. If so what gets it all going for you? "kick start my heart" by Motly Crew is one of my favorites. What helps you put the hammer down ?

Back in the day it was The Pistols, The Dammed, The Circle jerks etc. I'll see if I can find any of my old cassettes. I do find that some music has the right tempo for cycling and it can give you a mental boost to up the work out intensity.

Dude, I was looking at your web page and I'm stoked about your Ski Bike. Is that yours ? I live in the mountains and was thinking about building one last winter. I thought I had an original idea..Oh well. But, Tell me about your design. Where do you put your feet ? How well does it turn ? What about suspension ? Have you jumped with it ? Any who, it's cool.

Glad you like it. It's a ton of fun, turns great. I either have my feet held out to the side or pressed on the fork.
I've tried jumping it but you'll need a lot of snow, a big hill, and a very nice jump to get it to work. Plus it would probably break, and since there are no foot holds or suspension, guess where the impact hits you...
The pics should explain it a little better: http://coachlevi.com/mountain-biking/snow-riding-on-ski-bike-pictures/
