SW system that allows easy indoor cycling lesson creation by click of a mouse:
Ability to build a workout within few mintes
Music integration, basic sound editing,h
Possibility to burn workout to CD
Ability to view workout structure including all relevant data ( Load, section time, heart rate)
To use the SW need to pass a short registration process throught the Web site.
The SW is still in Beta phase but looks promising....
