Well I recently obtained a pair of craft L3 protection tights. They pull over your regular bibs. They seem pretty resistant to rain and they keep the cold out thus far(its been 48 F +). They can however be uncomfortable. Would this be a design flaw of having to pull these over my bibs? Would other tights keep me as warm and as comfortable as bib shorts?
