Its the one event I look foward to each year. They have changed it up some this year but it is about 350 miles in 4 days with about 20000 ft of climbing and its all in my back yard (Tour of Arkansas (http://http://www.tour-of-arkansas.com/#VIDEO-VB)). Teams such as Toyota, Jelly Belly... are here for it. I found a new team this year named Team Type 1 (TT1 (http://http://www.teamtype1.org/)) They were started by 2 guys with type 1 diabetes and at least 4 of the pros are type 1 diabetics. My son is type 1 as well. Today we got to meet and talk with them. That was cool. They came in 1st and 3rd on the epic run today so we were happy. I went to their web site tonight and found a picture they took with my son and daughter in their Blog. I wish these guys well and hold them high for giving their all even with a life threating disease. And I thank them for taking time out to talk with my son and making his day as well as giving him hope.
